Title Towards Goal-Oriented Refinement of Grid Trust and Security Policies for Virtual Organizations

Abstract This article reviews security and trust issues in the Grid and identifies the need for policy-based management of trust and security for virtual organisation management. It then describes how an approach for deriving Grid trust, security and privacy policies for virtual organisations from high-level properties could be defined. The approach will allow high-level trust, security and privacy properties to be refined into abstract policy rules. The refined abstract policy rules can then be translated into concrete GRID TSP policies for virtual organi-zation (VO) management. The policies can be used during the different phases of VO management.
