Abstract	As in feasibility study 1.2a, we study a Fixed Field Alternating Gradient Accel- erator (FFA) as the main proton accelerator for the ISIS-II facility. Since there is no FFA which delivers high intensity protons, our primary aim of this study is to design and construct a demonstrator FFA, named FETS-FFA, showing the capability of its high intensity operation. The report describes the conceptual design of FETS-FFA, which provides solid ground for the next level of the ISIS-II feasibility study: the construction of FETS-FFA, when it is approved.
