Abstract	This volume collects all the contributed papers that have been presented in the DORIC-MM 2021 workshop, an OntoCommons Focused Workshop, co-located with the 18th European Semantic Web Conference (ESWC 2021). The purpose of this activity was to support the semantic landscape analysis in the field of materials and manufacturing (MM), and it aimed to gather all interested parties, including MM domain experts and ontologists.
